LexSensis is currently recruiting an Employment lawyer for a 6 months + project, based in Düsseldorf. The area of responsibility covers the entire spectrum of employment law advice.
- Work experience: at least 2 years
- Exam grades: at least 16 in total

The successful candidate will work at the Düsseldorf office of a law firm based firm routed in Silicon Valley, with numerous technology clients and will be part of a small team.
The Employment Law department works especially on supporting M&A transactions during due diligence processes and supporting US technology companies and multinationals with all employment law matters in Germany. The successful candidate should have at least 2 or more years of experience in this area, preferably trained at an international firm. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to provide advice on general HR matters (hiring and discrimination concerns, misclassification, multi-jurisdictional and cross-border employment issues, HR data privacy compliance, performance management and terminations). Fluent English is essential as are good grades in both state examinations.
