Our recruitment process
We welcome all applications from interested candidates. We encourage you to send us your CV even if you do not see any current opportunities matching your profile.
There is often a very short lead time between the client go-ahead and the start of a project. We will always turn to the people who have already registered with us and who fit the criteria before we advertise for a position.
The interview
Once we have received your application, we will conduct an interview with you when an opportunity matching your profile becomes available. There may be more than one interview, depending on the specificities of the project.
Background check
We conduct background checks on all members of our team. Our background check is shaped by the needs of our clients and specificities of the project.
This includes as a minimum:
- ID
- Proof of address
- Proof of diploma (scanned copies are fine)
- 2 references from past employers or clients
- Proof of bar registration (if applicable)
These background checks must be conducted before we can onboard you, often within very tight timeframes. Please make sure your documentation is in order when you send us your application.
Your data will be treated confidentially and stored securely, in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Your profile
When you send us your CV, please ensure that it is in Word format, as it will need to be reformatted to remove personal data and comply with other specific client requirements.
